Shake it, Jump it, Dance it , Kick it ! Zumba class @ Physical Abuse

By renee - March 04, 2013

It's been quite some time since I last started to work- out.
Thus, I'm feeling glad to be invited by Community Games 2013 to sweat it out at the
Zumba lesson with CGSG13 Bloggers
@ Physical Abuse.

Zumba consists of dance and aerobic elements in which the choreography incorporates with hip-hop, samba, salsa, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.

Physical Abuse is the first fitness center launched in Singapore.
Other than Zumba, there are also wide ranges of activities for you to participate such as Kickboxing, Pilates, Step Workout, Latin Dance, Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Shape- Up, Bokwa, Dirty Dancing, Hip Hop.

We had a 1.5 hours of non-stop ZUMBA lesson and I can tell you
its really super tiring BUT definitely FUN !
 I enjoyed myself very much  : D
Zumba is definitely a nice work-out if you dislike sports that is always in
a boring motion such as running, swimming.....

*REMEMBER,DON'T GIVE UP AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CATCH UP WITH THE STEPS!
